Cutler Reviews

Thank you for your patience and guidance in helping us understand the buying / selling process. Theresa was there very step of the way. She took her time going to open houses with us and helping with getting our home sold. She made the process go smoothly.

Rhonda and Theresa are the best! Knowledgeable, prompt, patient, and caring are just a few attributes! I will always turn to them if I need anything else real estate related in the future, and will tell everyone I know to go to them! They juggle so much but still make the time for you like you are their only client! Top notch!!

This team sold our house for $35k over list price in three days! Theresa kept us informed throughout the whole process. She paid attention to our wishes. With her help we were able to find the house that we were looking for and sell our house for much more than we thought and quickly.

Rhonda and Theresa made our home-buying journey absolutely seamless! From being available for showings whenever we needed them, to their expertise and knowledge throughout the entire process, they made everything from start to finish feel like a breeze. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new home. Do yourself a favor and reach out to them, you won’t regret it! We are so happy in our new home and couldn’t be more grateful for all their help. Thank you, Rhonda and Theresa!

They were always available whenever we had questions. They were kind and made us feel relaxed , making the experience almost stress free. They gave honest expectations about selling and buying a home.

Final negotiation went very well; Theresa made the whole process go smoothly!

Theresa was an wonderful agent. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the whole process. More like a friend. We had her help us numerous times with our homes. Can't rave about her enough.

Our agent was recommended by an industry insider - and I could not have been happier. Our original meeting was just to get some information - with no promise I even intended on selling my home. Rhonda came to my home - brought market studies and experience - and answered every question. I did not list for a few months - Rhonda was extremely patient an always responded immediately to every question. Once I listed Rhonda was extremely responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable. I could not be haapier with my choice of agents - I HIGHLY recommend the Allen Albaugh Team!!!!

When we decided to sell our home after 30 year's, we immediately thought of Teresa Allen because she helped us purchase the home earlier, and also was our daughter's agent when she purchased her home. Both were very positive experiences with her. So glad she was still in the real estate business. Teresa, as expected was wonderful to work with again. Concerning her team member Rhonda Albaugh, we cannot say enough good about the positive experience we had with her. She really took the "reins" to insure all the the details of the communications and details were handled timely and professionally. She was always available to keep us informed and up to date and to answer our questions immediately. Her knowledge and experience was extremely helpful to us which led to a timely and successful sale. No doubt about it, we will certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Theresa and Rhonda are an excellent team. They were patient with me throughout the process, and provided candid answers to my questions, yet with grace. It was apparent that they really cared about me on a personal level as a client, which was important in my case. They helped get me to the finish line with the desired result, and they did so with tremendous care. I am thankful that they were my Real Estate Team, and I definitely recommend them.
